Grits & Gravy are an Ireland-based old-time string band playing high-energy Appalachian fiddle music. The five-piece features Ian Knepper and Cáolan Keogh on twin fiddles, Ben Keogh on banjo, Camilla Monroe on guitar and Síona Knepper on double bass; their debut album, Ain’t Nothin’ But A Thing, was recorded in Cork.
